Triad’s Pain Navigator™ program offers specialized clinical management for commercial health plan, Medicare Advantage and medicaid members with chronic pain. Triad also offers Pain Navigator™ programs for workers compensation and auto beneficiaries. Triad’s Pain Navigator™ programs focus on the management of one or more pain provider specialties, in integrated fashion, for improvements to provider practice patterns, and enhanced quality and cost of care for related use of hospitals, imaging, pharmacy, DME, etc.

Our Services	Description
Data Collection	All providers submit pre-service care plans or medical notes post service for care planning, authorization & coaching.
Care Planning	Triad's team of locally-based, specialty doctors peer review providers’ care plans and medical notes to evaluate patient needs, safety, treatment progress and issues, to evaluate medical necessity and to improve the future delivery of care.
Coaching	Triad’s team of locally-based doctor specialists are assigned to “coach” specific par and non-par providers for long-term relationship management, assistance, education, and peer support for issues identified during care planning.
Claims Payment	Most claims payment options are available. Plans can elect to process/pay claims, Triad can process/pay claims, Triad can submit an auth file to health plan that mirrors the claims file for the health plan to pay claims, etc.
Provider Management	Triad can manage one or more of your existing provider specialty networks (e.g., anesthesiology, orthopedics, physiatry, chiropractic, physical therapy, neurosurgery), or Triad can offer our own specialty networks to your plan. Triad offers specialized incentive programs for provider management, including VIP/Gold Card programs, network tiering, etc.
Reporting & Informatics	Analysis of data for feedback to the plan and providers to shape practice patterns, improve care delivery and enhance outcomes.
